CAV 2020 - Christmas Scavenger Hunt

Sorry for the late finalization on this event. Even though we have had this planned for a few months, the constantly shifting rules around group gatherings have presented a constant challenge. Here are the details…

For this years Christmas adventure, we are doing a scavenger hunt around the Yarra Valley. We will start at Pepper Paddock’s General Store 10am on Sunday, where you’ll be given a list of places to visit and challenges to do in order to complete the mission.

We have kept it simple (and hopefully fun!!) but it does involve getting out of the car every now and then for a short walk to find something and grab a photo. Entries will be judged at the end, and there are prizes for those who complete the most challenges

We will finish at Narbethong Recreation Reserve, where there is plenty of parking at the reserve and next door at the Narbethong Fire Station. There’s plenty of undercover space in case of weather, and barbecues on site.

For this event, we’re asking people to BYO BBQ bits, snacks and drinks. For people who just want to join us for the BBQ, we will be at the Narbethong Recreation Reserve from about 12pm with people doing the drive arriving from 12.30pm.
